## Return Period
All customers have **30 days** from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund, provided the items meet our return conditions outlined below.
**EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period**
If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

– In their original condition with all tags attached
– In the original packaging

6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days
## Items That Cannot Be Returned
– Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
– Items with broken seals after shipping (for hygiene reasons)
– Items damaged by normal wear and tear
We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
## Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or we have made an error, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you do not receive clear information about return shipping costs at the time of purchase, we will cover the return shipping.
## Refund Processing
– Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive your returned item
– Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
– For EU customers cancelling within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the full purchase price and original standard shipping cost (but not express shipping fees)

– We cannot offer refunds for orders lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
– If delivery fails and redelivery/collection is not arranged within 18 business days, the item will be returned to our headquarters
– For incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, we cannot guarantee package return to our headquarters
