PLACING AN ORDER

You can place an order through the Bijou.Box website by selecting the desired product and adding it to your shopping basket. You can remove unwanted items from your basket at any time. Shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order. Full payment for the goods is required at the time of ordering. Bijou.Box uses secure payment processing for online purchases. You can pay for your order using the payment methods described below. Promotional prices are valid only during the stated period. All prices listed on the Bijou.Box website are in UK pounds. Once your order is complete, you will receive electronic notification of the dispatch date.

PAYMENT METHODS

Bijou.Box accepts Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Discover, and American Express payments through Square Payments. Secure payments can be made from anywhere in the world through Square. Square is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification.

SHIPPING

Bijou.Box currently provides two UK shipping options: Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We will ship products within one working day of the order date unless there is an issue, in which case you will be notified by email. Delivery time after dispatch is estimated to be 1–3 working days, according to Royal Mail. These times should be used as a guide only. Occasionally, items may be lost in transit. If a product has not been received within 8 working days of the shipping date, you can contact Bijou.Box for a refund or replacement.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Bijou.Box strives to ensure all product listings are as accurate as possible. If a product offered by Bijou.Box does not match the description, a satisfactory resolution will be determined once the product is returned in its original, unused condition.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a Bijou.Box product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Bijou.Box reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bijou.Box will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting bijou.box, you agree that the laws of England and Wales, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any kind that might arise between you and Bijou.Box or its affiliates.
